You didn't state what the ``same printer'' is. It's either a NeXT printer
in which cases you're using the NeXT as a print server or you're sending
to some kind of a PostScript printer.
* The NeXT version of the fonts came with, or generated,
* these sorts of files (e.g., for the GaramondThree font):
<<<<< Stuff deleted >>>>>
* For the Sun & HP installations, it seems we need files of
* these sorts (e.g., for Times-Roman):
<<<<< Stuff deleted >>>>>
* Anyone have any suggestions as to what needs to be translated

* and what to get them from.
F3B fonts are Folio fonts -- Sun's proprietary (uuh, I mean ``open'',
that is supported by only one vendor) font format. There's no
ready way to convert Type 1 to F3B, and besides, if you're sending
to the same printer from a NeXT or a Sun it must be some kind of
printer that understands Type 1 fonts, and so there's no need to
convert.
