The actual box exists and there has been a preliminary production run of  
the device that the radiology dept at Washington Hospital.  I've been busy  
with other matters and the holidays, but hold on for a couple more weeks.   
HSD may sell the device which currently supports Sanyo handsets and  
footpedals off the shelf as well as other devices.  For Wash we used  
Lanier handsets (that require a cable-end modification) and it worked  
great.
