I am a relatively new user to the NeXT. I ftp Graphics workshop and used the
installer to install it. It said every thing is installed properly. But when I
start up the program and try to open a file it will tell me improper link to
converter. But the converters are all there where they are suppose to be. What
do I do?

I ran into the same problem. When I installed the app in
/LocalApps and the converters in /LocalLibrary/Converters
as the package prompts, I saw just what you're seeing.

But when I installed the app in ~/Apps and the converters in
~/Library/Converters, everything worked as advertised. I'm
not sure why this rather odd "feature" should be there.
