CD-ROM Based Magazine For NeXT Computer
---------------------------------------
I am happy to announce the first ever low cost CD-ROM based magazine
for the NeXT community. Here are the information in Q&A format.
What would be included on the CD-ROM ?
---------------------------------------
Public domain, shareware and commercial (Demo only please :-))
software. DTP TIFF's, Sound File, Logon TIFF's, EPS files, sound
files, Fonts, education programs.
For your reading pleasure we would include FAQ, Internet
Archives, News letters from various user groups and Media release
that is sent to us. Software bug fixes that is submitted to us by
software company or users.
What format is the CD-ROM ?
---------------------------
The CD-ROM is in Rock-ridge format so you get real NeXT file
names not the IS0-9660 MS-DOS format.
What is the frequency of the issues ?
-------------------------------------
Once every two months (6 times a year ), But I would like to
go to 12 issues a year if there is enough demand from NeXT users,
the price increase would be about 50 %.
OK, so how much does it cost ?
------------------------------
The following price are for one year subscription :
Until Dec 31 or for the first 300 subscription:
For US shipping address U$49.95 for 6 issues
For Canadian shipping address C$59.95 for 6 issues
Outside US & Canada U$69.95 for 6 issues
All the above prices include shipping and handling. Canadian
residents should add G.S.T (Ontario residents P.S.T please )
From Jan 1st the price would be increased to $99.95 for 6 issues
due to the high cost of advertising in NeXT & other related
magazines.
Holiday Note : Since this is the holiday season and if you would
like to send a gift subscription to some one you know then I can arrange
something, E-Mail me for more info.
