bug_next@next.com is the email address for bug reports.
When reporting bugs make sure to include information about
hardware configuration, software version (release 1, 2 ,3 ??)
and the software subsystem that you have found a problem with.
Make sure to give a detailed description of how to reproduce
the bug. If possible include sources that produced the problem.
Include information on how to get in touch with you (include
phone number...)...

NeXT will respond with an automatic reply that they received
your bug report. In general you will not get any more information
from them. They may follow up with more questions (probably
not if you did a good job in reporting the bug), and sometimes
may provide a work around.
