I received a CD today called the "Education Software Sampler" from NeXT.   
It contains a ream of Educational Software, source code and Documentation.   
Amont the Docs was a file called

	And it contained a sample of Simpson's book.  Chapter 5 and the  
Book Index.  I'll have to chect and see if I can post it, but if I can I  
will post the Index in this Newsgroup and the Chapter on an archive.
