| For those familiar with installing c-news!  I need some help/advice on  
| installing c-news on my NeXTStation Turbo system.  I tried to execute the  
| scripts (with the guidance of the Canada NUG .ps file) under both 2.2 & 3.0.   
| Both reported the same problem in the second script file executed (not exact  
| output):
| 
| putenv.c number of parameters did not match prototype.
| Exit 1 *******
| + Stop

Here is the diff of the changes I made to putenv.c to compile a working C-News  
under 3.0:

While I'm at it, I might as well mention the rest of the changes I had to make  
(expire.c was the only other file which I had to modify):
