I'm trying to enable Level 2 image interpolation by setting Interpolate
to true in the image dictionary.  As I understand the description of
Interpolate on p. 222 of the red book, this should smoothly interpolate
between sample values when the source resolution is lower than the
device resolution.  Unfortunately, when i run the code below I simply
get the same checkerboard result as when interpolation is disabled.
	
Am I doing something wrong?
