How to Get Screen Snap Shots?

(I am still using NS2.1.) How do I take a snap shot of the screen
with the mouse pointer in the midst of doing something? I tried to
use Grab, but the "Grab Selection" and "Grab Window" options doesn't
capture the mouse pointer. And I couldn't figure out how to use the
"Grab Screen" option - I don't have any documentation on Grab.

I am writting a manual for an X window program (using co-Xist), and
need to make screen shots to illustrate various user interface
objects.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
