Here's a question for 3.0 Beta NeXTDevs:

Has anyone else tried to recompile their apps that use local libraries  
under NS3.0?  I've been trying, and so far it looks like the linker is  
refusing to look at /usr/local/bin.  Also, everything is coming up gray  
under libraries in ProjectBuilder.  Is there something I'm missing, or is  
this just an incredible oversight by NeXT (most likely the former)?
