As I have cautioned in this group before, DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T use 2.0 IB in NS 3.0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This combination represents the worst of both worlds: the nib files you create would not be in the 3.0 format (nib as directory), and the 3.0 typedstreams are not backwards compatible to NS 2.x. I guess they would load OK into 3.0 runtime, but it's an odd combo. (Sorry for the shouting. I once lost a weekend's work this way, because of the typedstream incompatibility, and I'm still not over the post-traumatic stress syndrome. Although the drugs have been helping a lot.) -- Gregory H. Anderson | "We're very tolerant around here, Benevolent Dictator-for-Life | being only amateurs ourselves."
