rtf to ASCII filter

Is there a public domain rtf to ASCII filter?

We'd like to be able to write code in rtf using Edit (e.g. to make
comments a differnt font than code) and use the rtf to ASCII filter as
part of the make process.

If you are doing anything like this, I'd like to hear about your setup.

Thanks!
