I'm posting this for lkb, who asked for mail; mine bounced without informative  
headers.  Here are the contents of the displayCommand directory under 2.1 for  
the man pages:

It has one line, which is:

tbl %s | nroff -man
***

There are also an icon.tiff, index.ixif, ixBuildOptions, and a .roffArgs file;  
that last contains:

-man
***

The ixBuildOptions file is:

-fman -Nwhatis -Ncat\* -V
***
