rtf-ascii can be found in
	/usr/bin/rtf-ascii in NeXTSTEP 3.0
	/usr/lib/indexing/rtf-ascii in NeXTSTEP 2.0

In addition, someone sent me a simple lex grammar for rtf if anyone is
interested.

I'm still interested in hearing if anyone has used rtf in their code
(including rtf documentation inline) and then used rtf-ascii as part of
the make process. The problem we are facing is the importing of .h files,
which if rtf, will cause minor:-) problems...unless, of course, 2 files
are kept for each source file, e.g. a .h and a .h.rtf...but then one runs
the possibility of developers editing the wrong file.

Thanks!
