The Edit applications seems to send several messages to the
Terminal app
in order to support debugging.  The console output for the Edit to
Terminal connection is:

  runCommand: cd "/Users/deaves/src/MyApp"
		    gdb MyApp.app/MyApp -x PB.gdbinit
  usingShell:  inFolder: /Users/deaves/src/MyApp windowTitle: gdb 
		   MyApp.app/MyApp closeOnExit: 0

Is the Server Name and the set of messages that the Terminal App
responds to available.
