Can anyone out there help me, please ?  InterfaceBuilder can no longer view
or load the palette that I have created.  It produces the error message

         'Cannot load .../Palette.nib'

    where .../Palette.nib is the full pathname to the NIB file.  Looking at
things from the Unix level, the directory .../Palette.nib contains the usual
'data.classes' and 'data.nib' files and these files and all the directories
on the path are readable by me.

So, what is wrong ?  Any pointers would be GREATLY appreciated.
