Is the NextMail format documented? I so, is there an FTP site where I could get the file(s). I am attempting to write in a program for Novell network that will allow reading and sending NextMail on IBMs under MS-DOS. I am not too familiar with NextMail, is it only voice & text, or does it also include graphics? Is the mail sent in uuencoded, or binary format? When NextStep 486 comes out, how will it handle NextMail, with a Sound Blaster or such type card? I am familiar with sound programming on IBMs, Amigas, and Atari STs, and they have similar sample formats for recorded audio, is the same true for Next?
