libg++ 2.3

libg++ 2.3 was just released: "This version uses templates in a few places, so
it assumes gcc-2.3.x or later. Note also the gcc-2.3.2 introduced a few bugs
into g++, but I believe these should not be a problem."

I was waiting for libg++2.3 to reduce NeXT installment problems. Instead, NeXT
installation is now no longer feasible with NeXT's historic implementation.
So, what is the preferred version of libg++ for NeXT? Does someone have a
built version (executable and include files only) that I could download ?
