What command(s) do I need to print a postscript file (.ps, .eps) from a shell script? I have no printer on my local machine, but we have a network-wide printer that is the default for everything else. The only command-line utility that can find the printer seems to be enscript(1), but that prints the text of the postscript source, not the results of processing the postscript. Stuff like pslpr(1) can't even find the printer, even if I use the -P option and name the printer explicitly. I have already RTFM. In fact, I have RTFM to death :-(, and tried it many different ways, so please reply only if you have done this successfully.
