Shortly after NeXTSTEP 2.0 was released someone put a .diagram file and a
corresponding .eps file at the archives which showed the Application Kit
Hierarchy in a very attractive layout.  Simson Garfinkel and I would like
to use it (or preferably a 3.0 version of it) in our NeXTSTEP programming book.  
Does anyone know the author of the diagram?
Would anyone like to create a similar diagram for NeXTSTEP 3.0?
You would be credited in the book.
Since the book is about to be submitted for copy editing, time is short.
