Hi, there.

With my copy of Mathematica (NeXT-Version) I got a card to order some
papers and books. I think one of them was "Mathlink...", I don't know
exactly because I sent this card off to get the papers.
Some of them are for free, others cost $10. I think "Mathlink..." is
for free :-)
