I was originally having trouble running an app with both DBKit and dblib references. The symptom was that it would fail when attempting to load the adaptor. I wasn't actually _executing_ any of the dblib calls, mind you, just compiling them in. Symbol name collisions? I don't know. So, I have since removed the "-u" linker flags, and am linking in the adaptor directly rather than loading it dynamically. Now dblib and DBKit happily cohabitate my code. ...But I'd still like to know how to get a DBPROC from the adaptor. -- Bill Parod 627 Dartmouth Place, Evanston, IL 60208 Northwestern University bill-parod@nwu.edu (NeXTmail ok) Academic Computing & Network Services phone: (708) 491-5368 Advanced Technology Group fax: (708) 467-1786
