I'm pretty new on the net and ftp'ing binaries, etc. so forgive
this simple question.
Q.  Some of my binary stuff does not finish compiling because 
Lex cannot be loaded.  I've looked Lex up so I know what it is,
however, I don't know how to fix the problem.  Can someone send
me some mail outlining exactly (step by step) what to enter to  
"make" everything work O.K.  Thank you.
