NeXT Programming Resource Questions

I'm new to NeXT programming and have been compiling all the resources
necessary for a largish project. There are a few items that I am looking for.

1) Is there a complete reference on the Interface Builder? I have found
lots of tutorials a small explanations, but I can't find the book
that documents it completely (I may be missing it). Where do I
find the complete reference for it.

2) Is there source for a multi-window text editor anywhere? The basic part
of the project requires the user to be able to open/edit/print
and close some straight-text files. Is there source for a such
a beast available? I've looked in the assorted example directories
but can't seem to find one. This is the standard "in-depth" example on
a Macintosh, so I imagine it's got to be somewhere available for the
	NeXT.

3) Are there any recommended third party books on programming the NeXT?

4) Is there a FAQ list for comp.sys.next.programmer? Is it on any ftp
	sites?

I'd be happy to forward any answers I receive to any interested parties.

  Many thanks in advance,
