Moin !

I want to change the Icon of one of my Apps at Run-time. I don't want to 
change it to a window displaying postscript ( there are enough NeXTexamples
for this ) but simply to another icon linked into my App. ( like NextMail does
it for example ). Are there any examples or code-pieces for this out there ?
Any pointers appreciated.

Look at the code for AppInspector in /NextDeveloper.

Does this code exist?

Do you mean Acceptor by Jayson Adams which animates the programs icon.

Its in the mini examples
