Finding Services my app provides
#1446

I have an application which provides services to other apps. These are
static services, determined at compile/load time using a "services" file.
In my app's Preferences, I give the user the option of enabling/disabling
individual Service items, per NeXT's recommendations.

Each time I change my app's "services" file, I must invoke InterfaceBuilder
& update my Preferences panel to reflect the changes. I'd rather not do
that. Instead, I'd like to build the Preferences list dynamically, based
on the contents of my static services file. But, I can't figure out how to
find the contents of my static services file at run time. I'd like
something along the lines of:

     myMenuServicesToOthers = [NXapp menuServicesMyAppProvides];

Note: I have no need to provide dynamic services. I just need a way at
runtime to find the static services my app provides to other apps.

If it matters, I'm running NeXTSTEP Release 3.0.
