    Does anyone know about the keyboard mapping string format returned by
the event status driver (NXGetKeyMapping ())? The 3.0 release notes mention
the following reference: "See the document ``Key Mappings on the NeXT
Computer'' for more details on a key mapping string." 
    I can't locate this document anywhere in the online docs, NeXTanswers, or
the 2.0 printed manuals.
