Im learning postscript and have realised how nice it would be if I could see an updated representation of my operand stack in YAP or even the console window will do. Anybody done this, without going to the extent of buying DisplayTalk? (How much is DisplayTalk anyway?)

do a pstack command, it will dump to the console
also, you should be using Izumi's BBFig, an expansion of Yap which handles
bounding boxes and prevents accidental closing of windows.
