I thought I heard some time back the Interface Builder was originally a
Macintosh product. Any information on this? If so, is it still viable on
the Mac?

If I remember correctly, Jean-Marie Hulot, the author of Interface Builder (on
the NeXT, and among other things) had first developed a Mac version, for
teaching purpose, at the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris. It was written in Lisp.
I don t know weither or not this version still work, is available, or what it
does compared to the NeXT version.
