Wow! Now I know what it means when people say "My email box was flooded."  
Apparently we have hit a nerve.

We will be accumulating peoples' ideas about FAQ organization and posting  
some preliminary thoughts over the weekend. Thanks for all the interest  
and kind words about our offers. In the meantime, keep those cards and  
letters rolling in.
