Mac Gillon (NeXT) explained to me that I need device dependent code
since the NeXT generates device independent postscript.

Experimenting with Aldus Freehand on a Mac and creating a PS file
with Lino 300 printer specifications, I believe I found the line I
need:

statusdict begin 504 1476 0 1 setpageparams end

Does anyone know if this is the line I need (or more) to specify
a custom page size for a Lino 300 with postscript generated
by a NeXT.
