Order of libs in IB Project?
#585

I hope my question isn't _too_ dumb. When I add libs to
IB's "Other libs" (Project files inspector) they get sorted
automatically; unfortunately, I need them in a specific
order (specifically, music_s followed by dsp_s) because
otherwise the linker (I guess) complains (if I edit the
Makefile to put the libs in the right order, everything's
fine). I know it's possible to convince IB to put them in
the right order, because the Music Kit example PlayNote
does so. Why can't I?

Speaking of Music Kit, is there a way to make envelopes
piece-wise linear, rather than asymptotic?

Thanks in advance for any help offered...

You can control-drag the files in any column of the Project files
inspector to re-order them.

I think the libs are alphabetized by default, but you should
be able to control-drag them into the order you need.

Unfortunately this isn't possible. It would be nice to get a linear
taper, wouldn't it? You can approximate this with small enough steps,
though that's an imperfect solution.

Opinions are not those of my employer. They're not even mine. They're
probably wrong besides. How did they get in here, anyway?
