How do you access the ROM monitor from the new Keyboards?

It is command-command-tilde on the old keyboards; the new keyboards have a
single command bar.  Command-tilde gives the Restart/Power Off panel; how do
you get to the NMI window or the ROM monitor?  I checked the Release Notes
which had nothing I could see; did I miss something?

Please email to me; I'll summarize if there turns out to be a way.
