Could someone with 3.0 check and see if the NIKit is documented any better?

To quote the release notes:

*****************
The NIKit interface is improved for the in Release 3.0. It's the first
fully supported release of a minimal set of tools for use in
administrative applications.

-	The NIKit has been internationalized and now fully supports
developement in foreign languages.

-	The NIKit now supports defaults for panel size and starting
directories this should allow for easier customiztion of working
environment.

-	The NIKit API is more consistent with the naming conventions and
standards of NeXTstep.
*******************

Also, there are standard class reference pages for NIDomain,
NIDomainPanel, NILoginPanel, NIOpenPanel, and NISavePanel.

It is, and it isn't. There is more information on it, sure, and they say that
it's supported, unlike under 2.1. But the docs are far too terse, and I find
myself again and again scratching my head and trying out things to see if I
figured it out right (which I do on average on the third try).
