I had the same experience. it seems to be the best possible 3D software
on the NeXT computer. The shader inspector interface is great.
BUT, it crashes all the time and makes one log out. On average with every
small sample picture I have tried to render (such as to try how shaders work)
it crashes two or three times before I can finish the scene. However it
may be not the actual app, but a buggy renderman which makes it crash.
The only other 3D image program I have -- Adobe Perpective -- also crashes
all the time (but not as often as 3DReality does.)
