I didn't think I implied that you had charged me but, rereading the post,
I can see how it could happen.
FOR THE RECORD: In fact, we have not been charged for the
                software. My apologies to you.

Now, the clarification. By "paying customers", I meant that people
who have put faith in your product announcements, placed orders, and are
willing to give you money for your product should not be treated with
callous disregard when asking for information about the product's ship date.

Like it or not, your company is not operating in a vacuum. The Neuron
debacle has lowered people's tolerance (mine, anyway) for shoddy business
practices in the NeXT community, particulary vis-a-vis fax/modems.
I am glad that you decided to tackle the job of providing the needed
product and we expressed our support by placing a very early order,
soon after your announcement. Late products are understandable, lies
about its arrival are not.

I make it a point to provide good word-of-mouth support for good businesses.
I am perfectly willing and very eager to be able to tell people what a
great product you have, how professional you folks are, and what a joy
it is to do business with you. I applaud your responsiveness here on the
net but you it's gonna take a lot of follow through to get any loyalty from
me.
