I have been experiencing the same problem ( although I hadn't tracked it to
the eop definition). I am in the process of "upgrading" a Mathematica user's
manual for our introductory statistics students. I am planning on changing
hundreds of "computerese" formulas to nice tex formated mathmatical formulas
in order to ease the distinction between statistical theory and Mathematica
commands. However, this transition and future maintenance of these notebooks
will be extemely painful if I have to change the eop definition in every
included EPS file.
Any help/suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
