Hello!

A while back there was a thread about people having difficulties
registering Mathematica and obtaining a password. Well, we had three
machines of which only two had e-mail access. And so we phoned to
Wolfram to obtain a password. After the initial drawback ("No we do
not have email and fax access...") we got connected to a very
knowledgeable person who gave us our password pretty soon. We also
asked him if he knew why the machines with e-mail access hadn't
received a password yet (after two weeks). He told us to send e-mail
to him directly and after that (within a very short time) we had all
the passwords we needed. I mentioned the thread on Usenet about these
difficulties (and now comes the nice bit!) whereupon he asked me to direct
anyone on the net with these problems to him. Well, in order to save
him a lot of trouble, I will not give his address in this article but
anyone who would like it can send an e-mail to me and I will give it.
Thus my trust in Wolfram has been restored ;-)))
