See the enclosed "RELEASE NOTES", chapter "Reinstalling NeXTSTEP
Release 3 Essentials" (p.11-14).
It is a pity, that there are no remarks included, which "M" shared with
us a few days ago (writing about better performance of newly installed
systems).
