Syquest removable cartridges offer a convenient way to exchange data between different computers. And because of NeXTstep 3.0's capability for accessing Mac filesystems it is even possible to exchange data with Macs that way. But allthough the NeXT is able to access DOS floppy disk filesystems I could not make him work with the DOS-formatted Syquest. Is there some guy out there who already successfully dealt with this problem? Why the filesystem driver in /usr/filesystems/DOS.fs doesn't work with Syquest cartridges? I appreciate any help regarding this problem. Stefan -- Stefan Krause stef@tpki.toppoint.de 2300 Kiel, Germany tel.(voice) +49 431 335022
