Problem with djf_for_3.0 (Deskjet)

I have installed the djf driver with the written instructions and have failed
to get it to work. I get a single line of garbage on the printer but that is it.
The printer and computer are configured for the same speed and I have had the
printer working previously.

Any suggestions?
