I just bought a HD, one of those 1.23GB beasts, and I am planning to
subtitute my internal drive with it. At the same time I would like to upgrade
to 3.0. The problem is that NeXT is not hooked to the network, so I intend
to:

    1) Swap HDs
    2) Connect CD-Rom Driver
    3) Boot from floppy
    4) Format HD and Load 3.0

I have my floppy ready (I used the tar file from sonata Bootfloppy2.1 by
mike- carlton@cs.berkeley.edu) Now I just need a bit more of hints
to finish the deed!
