CD-ROM publishing on a NeXT

Does anyone know of a software/hardware configuration for the NeXT to
create ISO9660 CD-ROM's? Is anyone doing this with a NeXT?

I'd like to put together a collection of electronic journals in various
formats with viewers for DOS systems (maybe others). I understand startup
costs are dropping rapidly for CD-ROM publishing.
