HippoDraw, written by me and others at my site, does error bars.  It does
it one of two ways...

- If you have a table of data in form of one n-tuple per row and one
column is the error, then HippoDraw easily understand that.

- If you have a table and make histograms from the columns, then
HippoDraw understands that error bars are the SQRT() of the number
of entries.

HippoDraw is free and available at the NeXT archive sites as well as
heplib.slac.stanford.edu.
