Hi

I've had my share of problems upgrading(?) Zyxel 2864 to the latest f/w version.
Mine would only load +/-496k. 

My comms settings are usually hardware control, so after trying almost every
comms program and speeds I went to Xoff/Xon and uploaded at 460800 baud with no
trouble. Don't ask me why because I can't give a technical answer. Also previous
f/w versions would load normally using Win Terminal.

So try Xon/Xoff
