	Its Mail thats broken, not NewsGrazer.  The old mail, when it got the  
message to make a new send window, it didn't make it the "active" window for  
stuffing data in.

	There is NOTHING that needs to be done to NewsGrazer.  It just works  
right if you are running 3.0.
