My point was, and still is, that Windoze is SSSLLOOOWWW, and painful to use.
It may well have the best widgits around, but if you can't use them, who cares?
I have a 25 Mhz '486, with 16 meg, which, while not the fastest, is at least in
the ballpark with the fastest, and I need a clean order of magnitude
improvement before I can use it! My IIfx beats it easily. My '030 leaves it
in the dust, not to even mention my '040. Even OS/2 is faster.

My sister office in Charlotte was THRILLED that autotrax for Windows actually
autorouted a PCB for them over the WEEKEND! If autotrax for the Mac hasn't
finished in a hour, it ain't gonna get done at all! That is to say, the Mac
version was able to route that same board, using software from the same
company, in 1/20th the time or less on a MAC. Windoze indeed!
