Ouch!  Problem noted.  Problem results from a decision by Media Logic to write  
their own text engine and then not supporting localization completely.  We are  
in the process of fixing this and will get you (and everyone else) a free  
update as soon as this is fixed.

About the 800 number, I wish the telephone companies could offer 800 number  
support throughout the world, but it is currently not possible.   You can
