DataPhile is an excellent flat file database.  It is extremely flexible and  
has exceptional report generation facilities.  The only thing that I found  
that it lacks is a command line import feature for batch imports (Stone said  
this would likely be in the next release).

It is definitely a worthwhile product and Stone Design puts exceptional  
quality in their products.  They also work hard to solve any problems that you  
may ever have....
