Retouche is an application from Germany that can do photo retouching and
other image effects. It has been available on the Atari line of computers
for a couple years now, and it is both highly regarded and expensive.
Unfortunately I do not have a contact address. A good place to ask would
be comp.sys.atari.st. I am sure plenty of the German readers there could
give you contact info for 3K Computerbild.
